I am a graduate student at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics in the University of Guelph, currently completing my fourth year in the PhD Management program. My expertise lies in the experience of disadvantage. More specifically, my interests revolve around the social and emotional experiences of disadvantage, and their influences on attitudes and behaviours in various domains, including workplace mental health, person-organization fit, and antisocial conduct. I am currently looking at the how employee needs influence their ideal workplaces. (CV)
